Each Faerelle piece is made to order — crafted for fighters, survivors, supporters, and the families who love them. We stand behind every item we make.
Quality Guarantee
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing or manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Attach your order number and clear photos of the issue — we will replace the item or issue a full refund, your choice.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every Faerelle piece is produced on-demand for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than a quality issue or an error on our part. Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering — our product pages include detailed measurements to help you find the right fit.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to update or cancel an order? Use the link in your order confirmation email to make changes before production begins. Once an item has entered production, we may no longer be able to modify or cancel it. Contact us as quickly as possible and we will do our best to help.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. PayPal refunds typically appear within 24 hours. Credit and debit card refunds generally take 7–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
Production & Shipping
Orders are typically produced and shipped within 2–7 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees set by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees unless stated otherwise at checkout.
